Online Women Small Group Course
(next group starts Jan. 2026)
This 12-week journey is a safe and sacred space for women to gently explore their inner world, share their stories, and reconnect with their true selves. Together, we will learn to honor our emotions, listen to what they’re teaching us, and rediscover the love and wholeness already within.
Through guided lessons, emotional awareness practices, and limited breathwork, you’ll learn how to:
  • Understand your feelings and what they’re revealing to you
  • Release burried pain and shame, and practice self-compassion
  • Connect with your body through different exercises.
  • Reconnect with your inner child — the part of you that longs to be seen, heard, and loved
  • Recognize how your past experiences may still be shaping your present
  • Invite healing, comfort, and love into your daily life
  • Live a present lifestyle with curiosity, joy and peace
