For many years, I lived what I thought was the “perfect Christian” life—following all the rules, giving tirelessly, and pouring myself into serving others. On the outside, everything seemed in place: a committed marriage, faith-driven living, and a dedication to church and community. But beneath that surface, cracks were forming. After 16 years of marriage, my world shifted when my husband had an emotional affair. The devastation was immediate and overwhelming, leaving me to question everything—my marriage, my faith, and even my own sense of self.Through this painful experience, I began a journey of self-discovery, healing, and inner work. I learned that true wholeness comes not from perfection, but from understanding, presence, and self-love. I discovered the power of connecting with my body, emotions, and heart, and realized that God’s love — and our inherent goodness — is not earned by rules, but known from within.
Today, through Inside Out Ministries International, I create safe, nurturing spaces for women to do the same. Whether through online support groups, retreats, or community gatherings, I guide women to reconnect with themselves, heal from past hurts, and rediscover the authentic, loving, and powerful person they were always meant to be.
