we will explore:

* How pain can become a doorway to healing
* Where your body holds stress and survival patterns
* Reconnecting with your inner child
* Learning to pause, reflect, and respond instead of react
* Living with curiosity, presence, and love
Each week includes:
* A beautifully designed participant guide
* Gentle breath and body awareness practices
* Journaling prompts
* Guided group sharing (no fixing, no advice-giving — just safe space)
You don’t have to become someone new.
You are simply coming home to who you have always been.
